You’ll collaborate with sales teams to validate project feasibility, act as an escalation point for urgent customer needs, and continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce costs, and boost quality.\nSpecific Duties\nLead, mentor, and manage Operations staff across multiple locations, including remote employees.\nOversee hiring, onboarding, task assignment, training, and performance evaluations.\nDevelop and implement operational strategies, goals, and schedules.\nIdentify and resolve operational issues; respond to emergencies and implement corrective actions.\nAnalyze processes and design improvements that enhance productivity, safety, and quality.\nTrack and report KPIs; analyze operational data to support strategic decision-making.\nManage operational expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support budget oversight.\nMonitor and maintain compliance with safety, testing, and quality standards.\nPartner with sales teams (Proposals, RSD, Reps, etc.) to ensure accurate and achievable quotes.\nServe as the escalation point for sales and operations on customer-related matters.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe’re looking for a driven, collaborative leader with strong electrical substation expertise and the ability to motivate teams, solve problems, and advance operational excellence.\nPosition Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.\nFive years of relevant experience required; 7+ years preferred.\nStrong background in electrical substation maintenance with an emphasis on medium-voltage power transformers.\nUnderstanding of electrical substation testing, safety standards, asset management, and life-extension practices.\nSkills & Competencies\nDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams across multiple locations.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.\nExcellent project management and organizational abilities;
