Your work will drive efficiency, quality, and safety while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and empowering plant teams.\nA Day in the Life\nYour day will involve collaborating with operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to validate and refine work instructions. You’ll analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement sustainable improvements. Whether you're facilitating workshops or troubleshooting on the floor, your efforts will help ensure consistent performance and operational excellence.\nSpecific Duties\nAdapt corporate work instructions to reflect site-specific processes and equipment.\nEnsure all documentation is current, accessible, and audit-ready.\nCollaborate with operators and supervisors to validate practicality and accuracy of instructions.\nMaintain document control practices to ensure version integrity.\nDeploy OpEx best practices across the plant in alignment with company-wide initiatives.\nSupport daily management systems, visual performance tracking, and problem-solving tools (5S, PDCA, RCA).\nFacilitate workshops to reduce waste, improve flow, and enhance safety and ergonomics.\nMonitor adherence to standardized work and lead corrective actions when needed.\nAnalyze production data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.\nCollaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality to implement sustainable process improvements.\nParticipate in CI and cost-reduction projects led by the Industrial team.\nProvide technical support on the floor to troubleshoot process or equipment issues.\nEnsure training materials reflect both corporate standards and site-specific adaptations.\nWork with HR or Learning & Development to maintain accurate training records and skill matrices.\nPromote a culture of safety, quality, and ownership through coaching and best-practice sharing.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're seeking a collaborative and analytical engineer with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nPosition Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical experience).\n3–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering, including project management.\nStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and CI methodologies.\nExperience writing and implementing standard work instructions.\nFamiliarity with OpEx systems, data collection, and process mapping tools.\nExperience with CMMS software (INTERAL or equivalent).\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent).\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.\nCollaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.\nFluency in English required;
