The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical positions across various skill sets and levels. This role requires deep understanding of the Indian IT job market, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nGraduate in any discipline\nHands-on experience in sourcing and closing positions within defined timelines\n2 years to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment (India Domestic hiring).\nStrong understanding of technical roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, ERP, etc.).\nExperience using job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (Junior to Senior level).\nUnderstand technical job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.\nSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal databases.\nScreen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.\nCoordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.\nNegotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful onboarding.\nMaintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS.\nBuild strong talent pipelines for recurring and niche skill requirements.\nEnsure adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) and
