in architecting and managing IBM enterprise software suites, with a deep understanding of system integration, middleware, and cloud migration strategies.\n\n- Proven ability to lead technical discussions with C-suite stakeholders and project managers, articulating complex technical concepts in a clear, business-focused manner.\n\n- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose systemic issues and implement sustainable, long-term technical solutions.\n\n- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaborative relationships within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams across different geographic locations.\n\n- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant IBM professional certifications.\n\n- Flexibility to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent technical work with active participation in client-facing meetings in Mumbai and other
