security, scalability, performance, and governance best practices.\n\n- Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders and project teams.\n\n- Support solution design, estimation, documentation, and implementation activities.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex technical and architectural challenges.\n\nMandatory Skills :\n\n- 10-12 years of Salesforce experience\n\n- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud\n\n- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud\n\n- Salesforce Solution / Technical Architecture\n\n- Salesforce configuration and customization\n\n- Salesforce integrations and APIs\n\n- CRM architecture and design\n\n- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills\n\nPreferred Candidate Profile :\n\n- Proven experience designing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.\n\n- Ability to work independently as a consultant.\n\n- Excellent problem-solving and analytical
