They excel at breaking complex strategies into manageable workstreams, developing clear execution plans, and driving progress through influence, collaboration, and effective stakeholder engagement.\nTranslate long-term strategic objectives into actionable work plans and 12-week planning cycles.\nDrive execution of complex programs and projects across multiple Payment Integrity teams and business functions.\nCreate structure, visibility, and accountability around priorities, deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.\nDevelop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and status reporting for leadership stakeholders.\nIdentify, monitor, and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and decision points.\nFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across business and technology teams.\nLead stakeholder communications and executive reporting, providing visibility into program health, accomplishments, challenges, and key decisions.\nSupport initiatives involving data infrastructure, data warehousing, vendor solutions, analytics platforms, and emerging AI and machine learning capabilities.\nCoordinate planning and execution activities using Agile methodologies, ensuring work is organized into manageable workstreams and sprints where appropriate.\nDevelop presentation materials and executive-level communications that support strategic decision-making.\nPartner with business leaders to prioritize work, address obstacles, and ensure successful delivery of organizational goals.\nMaintain program documentation and knowledge repositories to support transparency and organizational effectiveness.\nDrive continuous improvement of program management processes, tools, and team collaboration practices.\n Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n7+ years of program management, project management, or related leadership experience.\nDemonstrated success leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.\nExperience working with multiple stakeholders and teams in fast-paced, evolving environments.\nHealthcare, health insurance, payment integrity, analytics, or related industry experience.\nStrong program and project management expertise with the ability to break complex initiatives into manageable workstreams and execution plans.\nProven ability to drive execution and deliver results across cross-functional teams without direct authority.\nExceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.\nExperience supporting initiatives involving data infrastructure, data warehousing, reporting, analytics, or technology implementations.\nWorking knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and iterative planning approaches.\nExperience utilizing project and analytics tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, JMP, Microsoft Office Suite \nExposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics initiatives is a plus, but not required.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong influencing, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.\nExperience operating in environments undergoing transformation and organizational change.\nDemonstrated ability to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to evolving programs and strategic initiatives.\nBase Pay Information\nThe national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications, and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications.
