are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead Data Analytics Manager to build and lead the analytics function for our Cards & Wallets business.\n\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working Finance, Product, and Operations teams, helping them make data-driven decisions through reliable analytics, dashboards, and reporting.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nBuild the Analytics Foundation\n\nDesign and build an end-to-end analytics infrastructure for the Cards & Wallets business.\n\nDesign and maintain analytical data models, data marts, and reporting datasets.\n\nBuild and improve the company's analytical Data Lake.\n\nEnsure data consistency, quality, and reliability across multiple systems.\n\nCreate a unified customer view across different data sources.\n\nBusiness & Product Analytics\n\nAnalyze large transactional datasets to identify trends, customer behavior, and business opportunities.\n\nBuild customer segmentation, cohort analysis, retention analysis, and LTV models.\n\nAnalyze transaction behavior across products, BINs, merchants, geographies, and customer segments.\n\nIdentify business patterns and proactively suggest improvements based on data.\n\nBI & Dashboards\n\nDesign and develop business dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar BI platforms.\n\nBuild dashboards that become daily decision-making tools for Commercial, Finance, Product, and Operations teams.\n\nAutomate recurring reporting and reduce manual reporting efforts.\n\nEnsure the accuracy and consistency of analytical reports.\n\nCommercial Analytics\n\nSupport pricing analysis and unit economics through data-driven insights.\n\nAnalyze transaction profitability and business performance.\n\nBuild analytical models to evaluate pricing changes and business scenarios.\n\nHelp commercial teams understand customer behavior and revenue opportunities.\n\nExecutive Reporting\n\nPrepare analytical reports for senior management.\n\nTransform complex data into clear recommendations and actionable insights.\n\nWork closely with business stakeholders to answer analytical questions and support strategic decisions.\n\nBuild the Analytics Function\n\nOwn the analytics function for the Cards & Wallets direction.\n\nPrioritize analytical requests from different business teams.\n\nHelp define the future BI architecture and analytics processes.\n\nAs the function grows, participate in building and mentoring the analytics team.\n\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Product Analytics, or Commercial Analytics.\n\nStrong SQL skills, including: Window Functions, CTEs, Query optimization, Large transactional datasets.\n\nExperience building analytical data models and data marts from scratch.\n\nExperience working with Data Warehouses and/or Data Lakes.\n\nHands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar BI platforms.\n\nExperience designing dashboards that are actively used by business teams.\n\nStrong analytical thinking with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities in large datasets.\n\nExperience automating reporting and improving analytical processes.\n\nAbility to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nB2+ (C1 preferred).\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, Card Issuing, Acquiring, PSP, Digital Wallets, or Neobanking.\n\nExperience working with transaction-level data.\n\nUnderstanding of payment flows and transaction lifecycle.\n\nExperience with pricing analytics, unit
