In addition, it sells its products under brand names licensed to the company, including adidas, Wolford, Wilson, Columbia, Tommy Hilfiger,r and others.\nPosition Overview\n Delta Galil is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to support the accuracy and integrity of the company’s accounts receivable records and day-to-day accounting operations. This role is responsible for recording and verifying customer payments, researching account discrepancies, maintaining accurate customer information, and supporting account reconciliations and billing activities.\nWorking closely with the Accounting Manager, Collections Manager, and cross-functional partners, the Accounts Receivable Clerk helps ensure cash receipts are accurately applied, customer account issues are researched and resolved promptly, and financial records remain organized and up to date. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and committed to accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication.\nKey Responsibilities\nCash Receipts & Account Maintenance\n Record daily cash receipts in the accounting system and verify entries against bank deposit information.\nVerify deposits and post payments to the appropriate accounts receivable records.\nMaintain accurate customer files, including business name, address, merger, and contact or mailing changes, and communicate updates to relevant teams.\nAccount Research, Reconciliation & Collections Support\nResearch customer account discrepancies and payment variances in partnership with the Collections Manager and other relevant team members.\nAssist with investigating accounts receivable issues, monitoring deviations from customer payment plans, and obtaining appropriate approvals to apply open credits.\nSupport periodic accounts receivable balance reconciliations and monthly revenue account reconciliations.\nPrepare account-status reports and other supporting information as requested.\nBilling, Journal Entries & Documentation\nPrepare vouchers and supporting invoice information, and complete journal entries to transfer seminar-related funds when requested.\nPrepare monthly billings for regional associations using cost information from the general ledger.\nOrganize, duplicate, file, and retrieve accounts receivable records and related documentation as needed.\nDistribute cash receipt edit lists and other relevant information to the appropriate departments.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nAt least two years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or a related financial operations role.\nWorking knowledge of basic accounting practices, including cash receipts, account reconciliations, and payment posting.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email, and general computer operations.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage records and information systematically.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to handle confidential company and customer information with discretion.\nPreferred Qualifications\n Two years of college coursework or relevant postsecondary education.\nExperience with SAP, an accounting system, or an ERP platform\nExperience using a 10-key keypad for accurate, efficient data entry.\nThis is a hybrid role, with 4 days in our Tifton, Georgia office\nPAY RATE: $18.00 - $22.00/hr.\nAt Delta Galil, we strive to hire and nurture amazing talent.
