If you’re ready for a change, feel free to reach out to  or to your People Business Partner/People Country Manager to discuss further.\nPosition\nLive operations at Deltatre run continuously - our teams across Europe and India provide 24/7/365 coverage of live sports and entertainment events for clients around the world. The Live Operations team is the operational layer that makes sure each event reaches viewers without issues.\nAs Live Operations Supervisor, you will guide and coordinate the Live Operators on shift during live events, hold quality control over operational output, and manage client communications in real time. You report into the Event Manager or Live Operations Manager and act as the operational decision-maker on shift.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate the live-operator team during live operations\nHold quality control over operational output across the shift\nManage two-way communication with the client during live operations\nManage operational escalations to internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent output quality\nCommunicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders via instant messaging and phone\nWrite shift handovers that give the next supervisor the context they need to take over cleanly\nRequisiti\nYou can stay focused and follow defined protocols during live events, even when several issues are in play at once. You are comfortable making decisions during live operations with the guidance available, and you know when to escalate.\nRequired\n2+ years' experience in Live Operations within a broadcast or live streaming environment\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues during live events, including the judgement to identify when to escalate to Level II or III support\nHands-on experience with live online video streaming\nFluent written and spoken English\nClear communicator - able to explain issues credibly to support teams at multiple levels\nComfortable making decisions during live operations with the guidance available\nComfortable with shift-based coverage including evenings, weekends, late nights, and overnight at short notice\nAble to produce reliable, clear process documentation\nValued\nHands-on experience with AWS Elemental Encoders\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure\nDemonstrated familiarity with the protocols and systems used in this role, however acquired (degree-educated background welcome but not required)\nGenuine interest in sport - useful for context on the events being supported\nAltre informazioni\nHow the process looks like?\nFollow the application procedure by filling the form and acknowledging our privacy notice.
