flag potential technical challenges to stakeholders early.\nCoordinate the work of Android engineers across regions and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.\nRequirements:\n5+ years' relevant engineering experience, including a minimum of 2 years at Senior Android Engineer level.\nDeep proficiency in Kotlin, with working command of Java.\nFamiliarity with Jetpack Compose.\nThorough understanding of the Android SDK and system framework APIs.\nExperience with reactive programming using RxJava and its core principles.\nDemonstrated unit-testing practice with JUnit and Mockito.\nSolid grasp of mobile architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, delegation, and similar).\nFamiliarity with Google Play Services, Play Store account administration, and submission.\nKnowledge of mobile debugging and optimisation techniques.\nComfortable with Git, build automation, and modern CI/CD practices.\nFluent in written and spoken English.\nExperience working with a global team or employer.\nValued:\nExperience with video playback in mobile or web applications;
