This role sits within the Sport Broadcast and Graphics delivery team, working alongside designers, engineers, and technologists to deliver digital experiences used by millions of fans.\nAs Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams through complex, multi-disciplinary delivery - owning everything from sprint execution and project financials to client relationships and pre-sales scoping. You'll be the central point of alignment between client objectives, delivery execution, and commercial outcomes.\nResponsibilities\nDelivery execution\nLead cross-functional teams to execute complex Sport Broadcast and Graphics projects \nEnsure alignment between client objectives, delivery execution, and user experience excellence \nTranslate client business objectives into measurable delivery outcomes that contribute to account and portfolio strategy \nFacilitate sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives, and drive ongoing delivery optimisations \nLead post-launch reviews to measure operational stability and feed learnings back into project, product, and account roadmaps \nFinancial and commercial ownership\nManage and track team velocity, project financials (P&L), and KPIs against the project plan \nCreate and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and reporting documentation \nOversee project performance across delivery speed, scope, quality, and cost \nProtect project margins through disciplined change control and commercial awareness \nCommunication and stakeholder management\nServe as the central communication hub across internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients \nProvide clear, timely updates through regular reporting, standups, and client-facing reviews \nMaintain dependency plans across sprints, infrastructure, and third-party integrations \nBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors, and drive an exceptional client experience from onboarding through to support \nTeam leadership and governance\nConduct daily stand-ups and end-of-sprint retrospectives, promoting agile best practices and a high-performing team culture \nKeep project artefacts (RACI matrix, RAID log, change requests, comms plans) current and accessible \nMentor and coach junior project team members and coordinators \nContribute to pre-sales and scoping efforts, including effort/cost estimates, RFIs, and Statements of Work (SOW) \nEstablish governance cadences, steering committees, and milestone gates to keep projects aligned with business strategy \nRequisiti\nYou have done this before - here's what we're looking for.\nRequired\n3+ years' experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects lasting up to 12 months, managing budgets exceeding $500,000 \nHands-on experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage development teams and deliver technology solutions on time and within scope \nProven ability to align delivery outcomes with client business goals, and to manage change control, risk, and profitability effectively \nStrong understanding of technical concepts, with the ability to bridge business goals and engineering realities \nComfortable using the Atlassian suite, especially Jira and Confluence, to manage workflows, documentation, and sprint tracking \nExcellent verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly across audiences from engineering teams to senior stakeholders \nExperience working in an international or distributed organisation, collaborating across time zones and cultures \nTrack record of mentoring team members and sharing knowledge across a delivery team \nTrack record of driving process improvements and delivering results in ambiguous situations, independent of formal authority \nValued\nPrior experience in tennis-focused projects \nBackground in Sport Broadcast and Graphics projects more broadly \nExperience in a digital agency or fast-paced delivery environment \nExperience contributing to professional services engagements, RFIs, and Statement of Work (SOW) generation \nWho Thrives Here\nThis role sits at the intersection of delivery discipline and client relationship - you're accountable for the sprint plan and the P&L in the same week you're presenting trade-offs to an executive sponsor. It suits someone who treats governance as something that protects delivery quality, not paperwork for its own sake.\nPeople who do well here move fluidly between the detail (a slipping estimate, a RAID log that needs updating) and the bigger picture (what this project means for the account relationship), and they take the initiative to fix a process gap without waiting to be asked.\nProcess and what to expect\nSalary starts from €48,000 at entry level rising to €65,000 for those with significant relevant experience.
