You are comfortable making decisions during live operations with the guidance available, and you know when to escalate.\nRequired\n2+ years' experience in Live Operations within a broadcast or live streaming environment\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues during live events, including the judgement to identify when to escalate to Level II or III support\nHands-on experience with live online video streaming\nFluent written and spoken English\nClear communicator - able to explain issues credibly to support teams at multiple levels\nComfortable making decisions during live operations with the guidance available\nComfortable with shift-based coverage including evenings, weekends, late nights, and overnight at short notice\nAble to produce reliable, clear process documentation\nValued\nHands-on experience with AWS Elemental Encoders\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure\nDemonstrated familiarity with the protocols and systems used in this role, however acquired (degree-educated background welcome but not required)\nGenuine interest in sport - useful for context on the events being supported\nWho Thrives Here\nLive event supervision is a discipline.
