Provides timely, effective and professional responses to a variety of customer inquiries while consistently ensuring delivery of exceptional customer experience during every interaction.\nIdentify the customer's needs, suggest products and services.\nMaintains and modifies customer records, utilizing various databases to verify and retrieve data while responding to order inquiries, placing new and /or re-orders.\nResolves product or service problems by selecting the appropriate action to expedite the immediate resolution while delivering optimal customer experience.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nEducation and Experience: Basic knowledge of computers.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nEducation and Experience: HS/GED and 1 year of Customer service\nAdditional Basic Qualifications:\nMust be 18 years of age or older\nCompensation\nThe compensation range for this position is $16.10 - $16.10 hourly. This position will be eligible for an annual performance incentive plan.
