At Deluxe, we know that great people build great companies-and we invest in you accordingly.\nWe’re proud to be recognized as a Great Place to Work and a top workplace for Moms, Dads, LGBTQ+ employees, and Veterans.\nWe offer competitive benefits starting on day one, designed to support your life both in and out of work.\n42% of our employees have stayed for 10+ years, citing our people, benefits, work-life balance, inclusive culture, and team support as key reasons why.\nHours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm ET\n$2000 Retention Bonus\nThis is a numbering position running GTO, DCOP. and Ricoh presses.\nResponsible for the operation and manual setup/changeovers of multi-color sheet fed or high speed continuous/web presses.\nPerform a complete effective set-up of press including identifying and loading correct stock, setting correct paper path and stretch, bending and mounting plates, mixing PMS ink, die registration, making appropriate adjustments to the ink and water balance, assuring accurate multi-color register and setting up any attribute functions, e.g. perforations, number, file holes, etc. \nDetermine and understand all order instructions and running of press, meeting job requirements of ink density, ink and water balance, color matching, size and construction, and required attributes at a quality level that meets or exceeds our customer’s expectations. \nPerforms daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance to ensure a quality product to customer as required. Understands all press controls and demonstrates their use. Maintains the ability to troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns; demonstrates the ability to make adjustments to the equipment including blanket changes, washing up units, cleaning water system and roller settings as required. \nBasic Qualifications:\n Must be 18 years of age or older\n2 years manufacturing/printing experience\nPreferred Qualifications: \nEducation: HS/GED\nExperience: 2 years printing press experience; familiar with Lean principles. Knowledge of printing process and in usage.\nBasic math, reading and computer skills. Strong communication skills.\nCompensation\nThe compensation range for this position is $22.50 - $23.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for an annual performance incentive plan.
