The ideal candidate will have to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as MEP, HVAC installations, Maintenance, painting, landscaping etc.\nResponsibilities\nConduct all sort of fixes, repairs, replacements including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool and air conditioner.\n\nResponsible for completing basic maintenance work orders as assigned at company managed rental properties or offices.\n\nReport work performed, time spent, parts used, and next steps needed if necessary.\n\nResponsible for keeping maintenance tools, used vehicle and properties clean, organized and in safe condition while conducting any operation.\n\nMaintain and keep log of own inventory. Report all expenses and consumed materials on the superior in proper manner.\n\nPrepare or assist in preparing properties to a ready-for-occupancy condition, prepare inspection report when required.\n\nReport work performed, time spent, parts used, and next steps needed if necessary.\n\nResponsible for keeping maintenance tools, used vehicle and properties clean, organized and in safe condition while conducting any operation.\n\nMaintain and update supply inventory.
