If you love the details but never lose sight of the big picture, and you’re excited to help talented teams do their best work, we’d love to meet you.\nResponsibilities\nServe as the primary liaison between Delve’s project teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment\nPartner with Technical Leads and other senior team members to define project goals, product requirements, development plans, and ensure deliverables are met per client expectations and proposals\nLead the planning and management of scope, schedule, and budget-proactively identifying risks, trade-offs, and scope changes\nGuide cross-functional teams through all phases of development\nCreate proposals and budgets and manage schedules of internal and external support. Document all decisions, and track action items\nMaintain responsibility for project data setup accuracy and organization for internal project management database and server\nRegularly review project budget status with Account Director and Technical Lead and request resources to complete project work as necessary\nSupport the creation and delivery of compelling client presentations and deliverables\nRequirements\n5+ years’ experience in Project Management, Product Management, Engineering Program Management, and/or other client-facing roles\n2+ years of consulting or professional services experience\nA proven ability to manage complex product development projects from concept to completion\nWell-versed in project management tools (MS Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems\nPreferred Experience\nExperience leading or supporting medical device development efforts with knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 13485, IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971)\nA strong grasp of design thinking and human-centered design practices\nExperience guiding interdisciplinary teams with a commitment to fostering an inclusive team culture\nExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders\nA self-directed, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for crafting smart, elegant solutions\nComfort navigating ambiguity and a curiosity that drives continuous learning and exploration\nA willingness to experiment with AI tools to improve our processes without losing the human touch\nBe Inspired.
