In this role, you'll take the marketing objectives coming out of our business strategy and translate them into campaigns that actually get built, launched, and measured. You'll understand our key audiences and develop campaigns and programs to reach them at all stages of the funnel/lifecycle. You'll help shape the quarterly plan and keep the team moving to deliver on the goals. You'll have support from events, paid media, content, design, and web, plus clear KPIs. Your job is to figure out the how and drive it forward.\n Job Duties & Responsibilities:\nHands-on management of marketing automation, email marketing, and nurture programs.\nBuild actionable quarterly plans, set targets, and track performance against them.\nPartner closely with our internal marketing team and agency resources, support prioritizing objectives, and support project execution.\nDevelop smart audience strategies and put them to work in campaigns.\nShape customer marketing, cross-sell, and upsell programs that increase stickiness and lifetime value.\nPush the marketing function forward by leveraging sophisticated tools, automation, and ai in our processes and campaign delivery.\nImprove conversion across the journey. Understand funnel conversion rates and find ways to lift them, from first touch through closed deal and into the customer lifecycle.\nTest, learn, and iterate.
