As the QA lead for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) projects, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and performance of our SFCC solutions across a wide portfolio of client brands. You’ll be responsible for testing the work of developers, identifying edge cases, validating integrations, and ensuring functionality before anything ships. Your role is essential in helping us deliver clean, reliable, high-performing digital experiences.\nNOTE: We are only accepting applicants with hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience\nResponsibilities\nTest SFCC (SFRA) implementations across multiple brands to ensure consistent, high-quality results.\nCreate and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation based on user stories and technical specs.\nExecute manual testing for functional, regression, integration, and cross-browser/device coverage.\nVerify backend workflows, API integrations, payment flows (e.g., Adyen, PayPal), and third-party services.\nTrack and document bugs in Jira, and collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.\nProactively identify risks and edge cases in the QA process, making recommendations to improve product stability.\nAttend agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute QA insights.\nSupport internal quality processes and help define best practices for SFCC QA workflows.\nRequirements\n5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years focused on eCommerce testing (Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience required).\nFamiliarity with SFCC Business Manager, content assets, promotional campaigns, site preferences.\nStrong understanding of web application testing concepts including HTTP, REST, cookies, session handling, etc.\nExperience validating integrations with payment gateways, shipping providers, analytics tools, and PIMs.\nComfortable working across desktop and mobile, using browser dev tools and debugging tools effectively.\nExcellent communication skills and a team-first mindset-able to work closely with developers and stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with Jira, test case management tools, and agile development practices.\nRemote Work\nThis position qualifies for remote work anywhere in the United
