You will transform data into actionable recommendations, support management reporting and forecasting processes, and contribute to continuous improvements that strengthen operational and financial performance across the organization.\nYour responsibilities\nDrive monthly performance reporting and provide insights into financial and operational results\nAnalyses performance against budget and forecast, identify key trends, and explain business impacts\nSupport forecasting and budgeting processes in close collaboration with stakeholders across the business\nAssess risks, opportunities and improvement initiatives to support decision-making\nDevelop reporting tools, dashboards and performance measures that increase transparency and strengthen business insights\nContribute to continuous improvements of reporting processes, forecasting accuracy and data quality\nWhat you bring\nA degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field\nExperience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Operations Finance or a similar analytical role\nStrong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting and performance management\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with Power BI or similar reporting tools\nThe ability to communicate complex information clearly and build strong relationships across functions\nA structured and proactive approach combined with a genuine interest in improving processes and creating business value\nWhat we offer\nYou will join an international environment where finance is a key partner to the business and where collaboration across functions is essential to success.
