In this role, you are part of shaping the direction of the category and Demant’s collaboration with our suppliers in the electronics industry.\nSome of your tasks will include:\nDrive category strategy and support the strategic direction of the outsourced development and manufacturing scope. \nEngage and build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure transparency, compliance and strategic alignment. \nLead end-to-end sourcing activities, including market analysis, supplier identification, RFx processes, evaluation, and award recommendations. \nLead negotiations and support commercial decision-making. \nManage contracting and realize value from the supplier engagements. \nEngage and support cost our activities in the Strategic Cost & Improvement Program. \nSupport the enhanced focus on procurement method, process, structure and strategy. \nDemant Global Procurement is part of Global Operations.
