If the answer is yes, we want to hear from you.\nBased on Dublin Street Square in Dundalk, we are looking for someone to build their professional career with Hidden Hearing as an integral member of our Dundalk Hearing Centre team, who are helping patients hear better, every day. As Clinic Coordinator, you will be in the position of delivering our life-changing hearing healthcare firsthand, whilst building yourself, your colleagues and our patients for success.\nThe central responsibilities of this role are;\nPatient Care - provide a high quality of professional patient care to all inbound and outbound calls, covering the Dundalk and greater area.\nTelemarketing - manage all inbound and outbound telemarketing calls/leads for the Dundalk area, and ensure weekly/quarterly and annual targets are met and diaries are full. Our expectation is for our Clinic Coordinators to complete 80+ calls per day.
