In this role, you will coordinate application-related initiatives, support users in their daily work, and contribute to process improvements and automation efforts within finance applications. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and external vendors, helping ensure applications and related processes operate effectively and efficiently. ensuring solutions are practical and effectively adopted.\nProvide user support and guidance for finance applications, helping resolve issues and improve system usage.\nSupport automation and process improvement initiatives within finance applications.\nCoordinate activities across Finance, IT, and external vendors to support application-related projects and ongoing operations.\nMonitor and support finance processes within applications, ensuring they work effectively in day-to-day operations.\nSupport testing activities for application changes, enhancements, and implementations.\nEnsure data accuracy and alignment across applications, including relevant master data maintenance.\nOrganize and deliver training for application users, supporting adoption and understanding.\nMaintain and improve documentation, procedures, and user guides related to finance applications.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of effective solutions. \nApply today if you:\nhave a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field;\nhave experience working with finance applications (preferably Basware, SAP Concur) and ERP systems (preferably AX, D365);\nhave a good understanding of finance processes and system workflows;\nhave strong organizational and coordination skills;\nare able to work independently and manage multiple priorities;\nhave an analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach;\nhave good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams and stakeholders;\nhave experience supporting users and delivering trainings;\nare interested in process improvements, automation, and systems development;\nare fluent in English. \nIt
