Controller to join our Group Financial Reporting & ESG team.\nIn this role, you will collaborate with finance teams across business units, corporate functions, external auditors, and sustainability you?\nParticipating in monthly, quarterly, and annual Group reporting processes, including financial controlling, consolidation of subsidiaries, and preparation of external financial reporting.\nPreparing consolidation entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.\nEnsuring compliance with IFRS standards and Group accounting policies.\nSupporting external audit processes and coordinating information requests from auditors.\nMaintaining and continuously improving Group reporting processes and documentation.\nPerforming financial analysis to support management reporting and decision-making.\nParticipating in finance projects, including process improvements and system implementations.\nOwnership of your own reporting areas.\nSupporting the preparation of sustainability disclosures in line with CSRD, ESRS, and other requirements.\nCoordinating ESG data collection, validation, controlling and reporting across business units and functions.\nAssisting in developing ESG reporting controls, governance processes, and documentation.\nSupporting internal and external assurance activities related to ESG reporting.\nMonitoring regulatory developments and best practices in sustainability reporting.\nCollaborating with sustainability, HR, operations, and other stakeholders.\nApply if you:\nhold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline;\nhave 5-7 years of relevant experience in Big 4 audit or advisory, financial reporting or controlling in an international group, or within a listed company;\nhave a solid understanding of IFRS and group consolidation principles;\nhave experience with financial reporting in a multinational environment;\nhave strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach;\nare able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively;\nhave strong stakeholder management and communication skills;\nare collaborative but also able to work independently;\nare fluent in English.\nIt would be nice if you have:\nknowledge of ESG reporting frameworks, including CSRD;\nexperience with consolidation and
