Our ambition is to create a scalable and future-ready solution that balances global standardization with local legal requirements and unique business needs.\nWorking alongside Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers and global and local business representatives, you will help bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring that requirements are translated into effective, sustainable solutions aligned with the program's strategic objectives.\nFurthermore, if you are motivated to take on additional responsibility, there are opportunities to learn about other IT disciplines, such as configuration management, allowing you to broaden your skillset and develop towards a more functional IT role.\nTurn Business Needs into Scalable Solutions\nJoining us, you will be a trusted member of the program, helping stakeholders understand, challenge and translate business needs into clear requirements and effective solutions. Below, you will find the responsibilities in this role:\nGather and translate business requirements, working with stakeholders and Product Owners to define solution requirements, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.\nFacilitate stakeholder collaboration, leading workshops and discussions to establish a shared understanding of business objectives, priorities and requirements.\nAnalyze and map business processes, create process maps, user journeys, workflow diagrams and functional specifications to support solution design and process optimization.\nSupport solution development, collaborating with developers and technical specialists to clarify requirements, facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure alignment with business expectations.\n Contribute to testing and quality assurance, participating in functional testing, integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.\nSupport implementation and adoption, contributing to change management through training materials, user guides and train-the-trainer activities.\nDrive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize business processes through technology while balancing global standards with local requirements.\nThe role includes approximately 20-30 days of travel per year, typically together with other project team members.\nWhat You Bring\nYou probably already have some experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably from a large-scale business transformation or system implementation. You understand how to gather, analyze and document business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable specifications that support effective solution delivery.\nYou have experience working with CRM solutions, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) or similar platforms or CRM systems such as Salesforce. Furthermore, understanding how system integrations and how enterprise applications interact across a technology landscape will also be valuable. Experience with customer-facing processes in retail or healthcare environments is also considered an advantage.\nAs a colleague, you are analytical, structured and collaborative. You are comfortable facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders at different organizational levels and navigating business needs. You can communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and build working relationships across functions and geographies.\nFurthermore, you have good documentation skills and attention to detail, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
