You start these conversations; you do not wait to be asked. \nHire, develop and keep strong engineers, and build teams people want to stay in. \nTurn engagement survey results into a concrete action plan and follow it through. \nKnow your teams' work: what they deliver, and how requirements, testing and releases move through the system. Ask good questions and remove obstacles. \nWork with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects and ART leadership in our SAFe setup. Bring proposals and decisions, not only opinions. \nRun meetings with a clear purpose, agenda and follow-up. \nDrive improvement in how we build software: flow, test automation and AI-supported development. \nKeep growing as a leader and show it in how you work. \nWhat you bring:\n3+ years of people leadership in software development, ideally across several teams. \nA solid, practical understanding of the software development life cycle, from requirements to release.
