If you enjoy coordinating complex activities, working with many different teams, and driving projects forward, this role will give you the opportunity to build strong cross-functional relationships while growing both technically and professionally.\nWorking with us, you will receive:\nAn independent and responsible position with a visible impact on new product introductions and manufacturing readiness; \nThe opportunity to work in a highly international environment and collaborate with colleagues across the global Demant organization; \nStrong development opportunities through participation in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives; \nThe chance to influence and improve NPI processes, supporting the continued growth of our operations in Poland. \nWhat tasks are waiting for you?\nCoordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and act as the main point of contact for NPI projects at the Rosówek site. \nCoordinate pilot builds, production reviews, engineering activities, and product transfer projects. \nEnsure that all processes, procedures, and project milestones are followed and completed on time. \nSupport implementation of engineering changes, including creation and maintenance of technical documentation and Bills of Materials (BOMs). \nManage and update product information within the PLM system. \nSupport the introduction of new products and manufacturing processes into production. \nCreate, supervise, and maintain technical and production documentation. \nSupport production teams in resolving technical and process-related issues. \nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on product introduction and manufacturing efficiency. \nIt would be great if you:\nAre a strong communicator who enjoys working with different teams and stakeholders across the organization; \nCan build engagement, align priorities, and drive activities forward, even without formal managerial authority; \nTake ownership, stay organized, and successfully coordinate multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups; \nEnjoy solving problems, finding practical solutions, and collaborating across functions; \nHave an interest in manufacturing, engineering, product introductions, or project coordination; \nAre comfortable working with Microsoft Office and business systems such as ERP or PLM platforms; \nAre fluent in English, as you will collaborate with international colleagues on a daily basis. \nAs an NPI Coordinator, you will be part of the Diagnostic New Product Introduction team, and your manager will be Mads Poulsen.\nIf you have any additional questions, feel free to contact our recruiter, Kasia: \nThis is an internal recruitment process.\nApplications will be accepted until October 22nd.
