Then you might be our new Senior Product Manager within Balance at Interacoustics.\nYour impact as our new Senior Product Manager\nAs Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial success, strategic development, and lifecycle management of our Balance portfolio. Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Clinical Affairs, Operations, and Global Product Management, you will play a key role in defining portfolio priorities and ensuring that customer and market needs are translated into successful products and business opportunities.\nIn addition, you will lead and develop a team of Product Specialists, supporting their growth and ensuring strong collaboration and execution across the organization.\nSupport the future product portfolio and roadmap\nYou will take an active role in defining and executing product strategies, contributing to the future category roadmap and ensuring strong alignment between market needs and product development.\nThis role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with both local and global stakeholders, where you will bring customer and market insights into decision-making and help shape products that make a real difference in clinical practice. A professionally skilled and international team covering both the US and Denmark.\nThe position is based at Interacoustics Headquarters in Middelfart and reports to Morten Bagger, Marketing & Product Management Director.\nDrive product excellence across markets at all stages of the product lifecycle\nYour key responsibilities include:\nDrive and execute on product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management for the balance portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs and market opportunities.\nLead product planning and execution from concept to launch, collaborating closely with R&D, Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, etc. across regions and functions.\nBuild strong relationships with customers, key opinion leaders and distributors to translate market, customer and clinical insights into product decisions.\nDrive commercial success through portfolio management, business case development, pricing strategies, product positioning and go-to-market activities.\nMonitor market developments, competitor activities and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a strong market position.\nAct as a key point of contact for the balance portfolio, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment and communication across global teams.\nSupport and develop the product management function by sharing best practices and, where relevant, providing leadership and guidance to colleagues and project teams.\nYou are an experienced product leader with a commercial mindset\nTo succeed in this role, you bring a strong combination of product management expertise, leadership experience, and commercial understanding. You are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and driving initiatives in a global, matrix organization.\nWe imagine that you have:\nA bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, audiology, or a related field\nSolid experience within product management, product marketing, business development, or a similar commercial discipline\nA proven track record of managing product portfolios and driving commercial results\nExperience working in a global, matrix organization combined with preferably 3-5 years as a leader.
