\nApply best practices in project management, focusing on planning, change management, communication, governance, and delivering measurable outcomes;\nDrive strategic transformation initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring successful execution and business impact; \nPartner with senior leaders and global stakeholders to define project priorities, governance, risks, and success criteria; \nManage project dependencies, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic international environment; \nEstablish project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery; \nMonitor project progress, track key milestones, and ensure expected business benefits are realized; \nDrive alignment and decision-making across functions and locations to keep projects on track; \nSupport Continuous Improvement initiatives by applying Lean principles and structured problem-solving methodologies where relevant; \nConduct root cause analysis and support the development of practical corrective and preventive actions; \nEnsure implemented solutions are embedded, sustained, and deliver long-term value to the business. \nIt would be great if you have:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience within Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field; \n7+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations Excellence, Operational Transformation, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Projects within an international organization; \nProven experience working in a global manufacturing organization and delivering projects across multiple locations; \nProfessional working proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration with international stakeholders; \nDemonstrated success leading global and cross-functional projects involving senior stakeholders; \nExperience managing complex projects with significant business impact, including organizational, operational, or process transformations; \nStrong execution mindset with a proven ability to turn strategy into action and deliver results in complex environments; \nAbility to independently drive projects from idea through implementation with limited supervision; \nStrong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and navigating complex organizational structures; \nExperience working in matrix organizations and international environments; \nA proactive, solution-oriented mindset combined with strong collaboration skills;\nFluency in English, both written and spoken is a must.\nNice to have:\nKnowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies with the ability to apply them pragmatically within business and operational projects;
