\nhave proven experience in IT project management or a similar role; \nhave a good understanding of project management principles and methodologies; \nhave a good understanding of both Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; \nare proficient in project management software and tools; \nhave good understanding of manufacture and supply chain processes; \nhave strong communication and interpersonal abilities, along with analytical and critical thinking skills;
