software development teams, helping them work efficiently in a SAFe environment while contributing to innovative solutions improving the lives of people with hearing loss.\nWorking with us, You will coach for several Scrum teams working in a SAFe environment.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. \nCollaborate with Product Owners to maintain and refine team backlogs, ensuring alignment with program priorities.\nPromote continuous improvement and support the development of high-performing teams.\nChampion Agile and SAFe principles by ensuring disciplined ways of working and enabling teams to consistently deliver high quality increments of value\nMonitor, analyze, and act on key performance metrics, guiding teams to achieve or exceed their PI objectives.\nResolve cross-team dependencies by collaborating closely with fellow Scrum Masters and RTEs, removing obstacles that impact flow or delivery\nInfluence and elevate Agile maturity by mentoring team members, stakeholders, and leaders, strengthening alignment and collective effectiveness. \nCultivate a culture of innovation and experimentation, empowering teams to
