It is about collaboration, continuous learning, innovation, and delivering reliable solutions that can make a real difference in people's lives.\nEnglish is our primary working language, and we foster an environment where diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect are valued.\nWhat You’ll be working on\nClinical applications used by hearing care professionals worldwide\nHearing and balance diagnostic systems\nModern .NET desktop applications and user interfaces\nDevice communication and integration with diagnostic hardware\nCloud-enabled services and DevOps automation\nSoftware quality initiatives, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines\nContinuous improvements in testing frameworks and maintainability\nYour Main Responsibilities and Tasks:\nEnsure Software Quality\nDesign, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test solutions throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality releases.\nCollaborate Across Teams\nWork closely with developers, testers, architects, product owners, and domain experts to translate ideas and requirements into robust software solutions. Plan and execute functional, regression, performance, and security testing while working with developers to identify defects early and improve software quality.\nSolve Meaningful Technical Challenges\nContribute to technical discussions and help drive decisions around maintainability, performance, scalability, and software quality.\nDeliver Quality by Design\nApply engineering best practices, automated testing, and continuous integration approaches to ensure reliable, maintainable, and well-tested software.\nGrow and Improve\nContinuously learn new technologies, contribute ideas, and help improve our products, testing practices and processes.\nTo Qualify for the Role:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field\nProfessional experience in software testing or test automation\nExperience with TestComplete, Pytest, Selemium or similar automation frameworks\nExperience with source control and DevOps practices (Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD)\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills\nNice to Have:\nExperience with test management tools like Spira, Xray or Zephyr\nExperience with Azure Cloud or AWS\nExperience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)\nExperience with non-functional testing, including performance and security testing\nJoin an organisation based on Trust, Openness, and Innovation:\nIn Demant you will be part of an innovative and challenging environment based on trust and openness, where you will experience a strong will to achieve great results with some ambitious and talented colleagues.
