This role blends technical expertise with strong communication skills.\nHow you will Make an Impact:\nLead customer onboarding, including system setup, configuration, and data migration\nProvide Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting issues and guiding customers to resolution\nCollaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve advanced technical problems\nDocument support cases, implementation steps, and customer feedback\nContribute to continuous improvement of support processes and implementation workflows\nBuild strong relationships with customers through clear communication and timely follow-up\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor's degree or college diploma in a technical field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or at least two years of work experience in a similar role\nStrong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nProficiency with SQL and relational databases\nFamiliarity with Linux/Unix and basic shell commands\nKnowledge of networking and internet technologies such as TCP/IP would be an asset\nFor Remote Workers:\nThis role works out of the office but may be asked to work at home and/or be remote at times.
