We challenge each other, celebrate successes and continuously explore how new technologies, including AI, can improve learning outcomes.\nYou will report to Mette-Katrine Ejby Buch, Director, Commercial Learning & Training, who has been with us for 2,5 years and have a long track-record in sales excellence.\nWhat you will be responsible for\nAs Team Leader, Digital Learning, you will combine strategic leadership with operational excellence.\nYou will:\nLead, coach and develop a high-performing Digital Learning team.\nOwn and continuously improve the global intake and prioritisation process for learning initiatives.\nTranslate business priorities into a balanced and impactful learning roadmap.\nEstablish and maintain global standards, frameworks and quality processes for digital learning.\nDrive learning governance and ensure effective adoption across markets.\nMonitor learning performance and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.\nShape the future development of Fuse as our global learning platform.\nPartner closely with Commercial Excellence leaders, trainers, project managers and change specialists across the organisation.\nSupport global capability-building initiatives that contribute directly to business performance.\nExplore and leverage AI and emerging learning technologies to enhance learner experiences and increase scalability.\nThe job is predominantly performed in HQ although some travel is to be expected. Expected start date is 1st of January 2027.
