Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nWhat You Will Do In This Role\nDevelop and maintain Siemens PLC programs using TIA Portal (minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience required).\nDemonstrate a strong interest in and understanding of mechatronic systems and devices.\nUtilize Electrical CAD tools (such as AutoCAD Electrical) for design and documentation.\nTranslate project contractual and technical requirements into actionable deliverables, including system design, layout, emulation, order entry, drawing preparation, and commissioning activities.\nEnsure all engineering deliverables comply with established quality standards, processes, and best practices.\nProactively identify, analyze, and resolve issues that may impact engineering tasks to prevent project delays.\nExecute assigned work packages within defined timelines and budget constraints, in alignment with Project Manager expectations.\nCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to validate third-party specifications and ensure completeness and accuracy of resale component requirements.\nMonitor and report engineering progress against project schedules.\nPrepare and present project status reports, including financial forecasts and schedule updates.\nSupport risk management efforts by identifying, documenting, escalating, and mitigating potential risks.\nLead technical design reviews and participate in post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nDesign electrical schematics and control panels in accordance with project requirements.\nLead and execute commissioning activities for complex systems integrating both hardware and software components.\nContribute innovative ideas to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.\nMust be open to travel up to 40% to customer locations in the USA\nWhat We Are Looking For\nBS/BA in electrical engineering or closely related field\n2+ years of successful experience in related field.\nDemonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.\nDemonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues.\nKnowledgeable on AC drives, both open & closed loop.\nExperience in Ethernet IP network design\nExceptional customer focus and ability to deliver results.\nDemonstrated problem solver with excellent communication skills.\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
