Final compensation will bedeterminedbyvarious factorssuch as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nWhat you will do in this Role:\nComplete assigned mechanical installation tasks safely and efficiently as advised by site supervision\n\nConveyor System Layout & Pre-Assembly: Plan and complete conveyor layouts, verify component fit, and pre-assemble conveyor sections for efficient on-site installation.\n\nHeader Steel, Platform, & Structural Steel Installation: Lead installation of structural elements,including header steel, platforms, and other steel frameworks to ensure mechanical systems are securely and accurately installed.\n\nTake personal responsibility for your safety and the safety of others on-site\n\nConveyor Installation, Guardrail, & Rack Systems: Install conveyors, safety guardrails, and racking systems with attention to alignment, structural integrity, and operational efficiency.\n\nEquipment Detailing & Run-In Activities: Perform detailed installation tasks,validatemechanical assemblies, and conduct initial run-in testing to confirm accurate function before commissioning.\n\nProvide mentorship, basic training, and support to less experienced personnel\n\nPhysically handle jobsite demands, including lifting at least 50lbs, pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking across large construction sites in various climates and conditions\n\nWhat weare lookingfor:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent work experience; technical degree or specialized training preferred but notrequired\n\nMinimum 2-5 years of experience installing and/ormaintainingconveyor or material handling equipment\n\nTravel 100% to customer sites across the United States, using your personal vehicle.\n\nValid driver’s licenserequired\nCoordinate daily work activities, assigning tasks andsupervisedaily progress\n\nConduct daily Tool Box talks, maintain safety documentation as well as Gensuite audits and ensure compliance with safety laws, site policies and company standards.
