We offer an inclusive and collaborative work environment where employees can thrive and make a meaningful impact.\nLearn more here about Dematic's Software - https://www.dematic.com/en-gb/software/\nTasks and Qualifications:\nKey Responsibilities:\nDelivering 2nd line support services for both new and long-term existing customers.\n\nCarrying out software support including documentation of incoming service cases including a description of solutions.\n\nCollaborate with functional departments on software projects and provide insightful feedback.\n\nSupport international project commissioning and after-go-live support.\n\nService support for existing customers.\n\nProvide software development for WCS, MFC and OFS systems (PTL, PbV).\n\nHandle change request processing for existing customers.\n\nQualifications & Experience:\nExcellent communication skills demonstrating patience and perseverance when solving the customer's challenges.\n\nExperience with software architectures and software development in Java.\n\nKnowledge of Warehouse Management/Execution systems would be beneficial to the role.\n\nExcellent communication skills demonstrating patience and perseverance when solving the customer's challenges.\n\nExperience within a similar 2nd line IT or Software support function.\n\nExperience in Java software development.\n\nConfident handling of databases (Oracle).\n\nWillingness to share 24/7 on-call duties with the team.\n\nAbility to travel when needed.\n\nDematic is proud to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
