assist with annual reviews for Case Management team members.\nManage employee issues that may arise in collaboration with the firm HR Director.\nCommunicate with all external persons as needed, to facilitate moving case forward.\nAnswer questions from Case Managers & Case Management Supervisor to help move cases forward.\nProcess loan request/documents.\nMedical Records\nOversee all aspects of the medical records department.\nMonitor case flow and ensure files are A/S reviewed in a timely manner.\nReview files to determine if clients are released or should be released, in an effort to get files A/S’d and out to insurance company.\nAddress questions from Medical Records Supervisor as well as from other members of medical records department.\nOversee department to ensure all metrics are satisfied.\nReview files to determine whether treatment is related to auto accident-induced injuries.\nFind solutions when medical records staff are having difficulty getting medical records.\nSettlement\nPerform settlement appointments regularly.\nHandle all withdrawal and terminations of the pre-litigation department.\nStrategize for ways to improve value of cases for client benefits.\nImprove time-on-desk metrics as they relate to CSS and Medical Records departments.\nReview all new non-priority cases for Statute of Limitations and adjust Litify accordingly.\nUtilize the dashboard reports to analyze files ready to A/S.\nReview Settlement Memo’s after negotiations are complete for accuracy.\nAnswer questions from other attorneys and team members regarding settlements.\nReview releases.\nHandle all conversations with adjusters, regarding issues, post-settlement.\nEnsure the DLAW method of asking for referrals is employed during each disbursement.\nQualifications\nJuris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school\nAdmission in good standing to NC State Bar;
