We develop and manufacture innovative, high-quality solutions that address societal challenges, with a strong focus on healthcare.\n\nAre you someone who enjoys building bridges between customers and internal teams? And would you like to lead projects that transition from product development to serial production? Then this could be the role for you.\n\nAs a project manager, you are responsible for the successful delivery of projects while further strengthening customer relationships. You understand your customers' needs, think along with them on their challenges, and proactively identify opportunities for follow-up projects and expanded collaboration.\n\nAbout Demcon\n\nDemcon production is a partner in pre-production and series production of complex systems and innovative products.\n\nWhat are you going to do?\n\nAs a commercial project manager, you are the essential link between the customer and the in-house project team. Together with the team, you work on developing production processes and a supply chain for the series production of new products. You manage the content, organisational and qualitative aspects of the projects, from the quotation, including starting points, concept formation, risks, hourly budget and planning, to the final realisation. In doing so, you monitor technical progress, planning and budget and are proactive in addressing any bottlenecks. You ensure excellent communication with the client, the project team and within Demcon. You also enjoy being involved in business development activities and preparing project plans that include scope, planning, and cost estimates for proposals and quotations. Clear communication is at the core of your work: you ensure alignment with customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders within Demcon, while building long-term, sustainable relationships.\n\nWhat do you bring to the table?\n\n A bachelor's degree (HBO level), for example in industrial engineering & management, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering;\n\n Experience in a similar role within a technical or manufacturing environment;\n\n Ability to bring structure to projects and steer them towards results in a focused and efficient manner;\n\n You take ownership, maintain oversight, and are confident in providing direction, even in challenging situations;\n\n You are skilled at connecting people and teams, enjoy collaboration, and can align different interests and perspectives;\n\n You have a strong commercial mindset and know how to translate business opportunities into a successful project approach;\n\n Excellent communication skills and proficiency in both Dutch and English.\n\nWhat do we offer you?\n\nAt Demcon, we believe that a great workplace makes all the difference. That’s why we offer excellent coffee, fresh fruit every week, and a supportive work environment where people genuinely care about one another. We actively discourage excessive overtime because we understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.\n\nIn addition, you can expect:\n\n 40 days of annual leave and 8% holiday allowance;\n\n An attractive pension scheme with PME;\n\n Opportunities for professional growth through training and courses offered by the Demcon Academy;\n\n A company laptop and mobile phone;\n\n An active employee association organizing monthly social events, such as drinks and gatherings, as well as the annual Demcon weekend and sports events.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3525,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Annual leave"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-09T14:29:30Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":20,"reasons":["seen:0","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-10T05:45:15Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/demcon-commercial-project-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/demcon-commercial-project-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-11T22:43:14Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":12880,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-12T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":54549},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=54549"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fdemcon-commercial-project-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fdemcon-commercial-project-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fdemcon-commercial-project-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/demcon-commercial-project-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fdemcon-commercial-project-manager"}]}
