This position is primarily based at our headquarters in Zwijndrecht, Belgium.Y our responsibilities\nDevelop and manage a network of reliable and financially stable suppliers;\n\nDevelop category strategy and identify opportunities for optimizing the supply chain process;\n\nManage relationships with various internal stakeholders (business units, projects, etc.) and participate in cross functional teams that work on sourcing projects and continuous improvement;\n\nManage and guide high value purchases and strive for TCO reductions;\n\nEnsure internal/external compliance with sourcing procedures and contracts;\n\nTake the lead in negotiating, drafting and maintaining sourcing contracts, service level agreements, price lists, etc.;\n\nEnsure standards for price competitiveness, product quality, delivery performance, safety and sustainability are met by all suppliers and corrective actions are initiated when needed;\n\nPerform root cause analysis towards re-occurring supply issues and take the lead in initiating corrective actions towards structural operational issues;
