responsibilities\nMonitor payments and payment transactions to identify unusual, suspicious, or potentially non-compliant activities.\n\nReview and assess transactions against internal policies, regulatory obligations, and sanctions requirements.\n\nConduct customer, supplier, and business partner due diligence screenings using relevant compliance and screening tools.\n\nPerform compliance monitoring activities to assess adherence to internal policies, procedures and controls.\n\nPerform sanctions screening and evaluate potential matches against international sanctions lists.\n\nSupport compliance due diligence and screening activities, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) processes.\n\nInvestigate compliance alerts and monitoring observations, and escalate issues where necessary.\n\nEnsure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal compliance policies.\n\nMaintain accurate compliance records and documentation of screenings, reviews, controls and compliance activities.\n\nMonitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization.\n\nProvide compliance guidance and awareness training to internal stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and other departments to strengthen compliance controls, monitoring activities and processes.\n\nAssist in internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory examination\n\nYour profile\nYou hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Legal Practice, Finance, Economics, Business Management or a related field.\n\nIdeally, you have gained initial experience in Compliance, Risk, Audit, Finance, or a similar environment.\n\nYou are able to analyze financial data and transactions, connect information from different sources and identify potential risks or inconsistencies.\n\nYou work accurately, in a structured manner and have a keen eye for detail.\n\nYou are comfortable performing independent research, reviewing documentation and building well-supported assessments\n\nYou are not afraid to challenge information and possess strong analytical skills.\n\nYou know how to distinguish between routine cases and situations that require escalation or additional review.\n\nYou communicate confidently with a variety of stakeholders and can
