This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of technical challenges related to our cutting-edge vessels and machinery.Your responsibilities\nProvide technical support and expertise within one of our expert domains (e.g., Gearboxes, Propulsion, or other supporting systems).\n\nAssist in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to enhance operational efficiency.\n\nAssist in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical failures within your area of expertise.\n\nSupport engineering projects focused on innovation, sustainability, and efficiency improvements.\n\nLiaise with suppliers, classification societies, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards.\n\nYour profile\nMinimum of bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or a related field) or equivalent through experience.\n\nPreferred 3 years of relevant experience in a technical engineering role (maritime industry experience is a plus).\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.\n\nAbility to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.\n\nWillingness to travel occasionally to fleet locations or project sites (20%).\n\nFluent in English;
