Are you able to lead the team of surveyors?\nThis is a job fully in rotation, on board of the vessel or on project site. This is not an HQ based position.\nYour responsibilities\nManage and coach the survey team on board. You provide guidance and support.\nYou drive continuous improvement in survey operations by optimizing productivity and efficiency.\nMaintain transparent and effective communication with key project stakeholders: Project Management, Client representatives, Vessel master and crew.\nYou meticulously monitor the progress and the quality of the works by using survey equipment and software.\nEnsuring the timely production of survey deliverables and consistently meeting the highest quality standards.\nYou are a key member of the vessel team with Captain, Chief Engineer & OIM to ensure the project success.\nYour profile\nA diploma related to hydrographic surveying, geophysics, geology, engineering or equivalent by experience.\nMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the survey industry.\nA strong and technical knowledge of survey operations, techniques, and software.\nYou have a good practical sense and ability to do the job in challenging and remote conditions.\nStrong communication skills and able to take a critical view towards the works to be carried out.\nFluent in verbal and written English.
