satisfaction.\n\nProvide hands-on support during offshore and onsite operations, proactively addressing challenges and resolving unexpected situations.\n\nCoordinate project activities between offshore teams, vessel crews, specialists, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.\n\nMonitor project progress, planning, budgets, reporting and cost control to ensure successful project outcomes.\n\nIdentify opportunities for operational improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, quality and safety.\n\nContribute to the continuous growth and innovation of G-tec through a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.\n\nYour profile\nYou hold a Master’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.\n\nYou have several years of relevant experience in offshore projects, marine operations, surveying, geophysics or a related environment.\n\nYou have strong project management skills and a proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.\n\nYou are proactive, take ownership and naturally step forward when challenges arise.\n\nYou enjoy working directly with clients and can confidently build relationships at all levels.\n\nYou are a practical problem solver who remains calm under pressure and focuses on delivering solutions.\n\nYou are comfortable working in international and multidisciplinary teams.\n\nYou
