It’s HammondCare.\nAbout The Role\nJoin HammondCare as our Digital Project Manager to lead the hands-on delivery of complex digital and business transformation initiatives in a regulated care environment.\nWorking across multiple concurrent initiatives, you will take work from discovery and planning through implementation and transition. You must be comfortable managing initiatives where business processes, technology, people and external partners all need to come together.\nAt least 10 years' experience in a similar role with significant experience delivering complex business and technology transformation projects. \nDemonstrated experience taking initiatives from discovery and planning through implementation and transition. \nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams at different stages of delivery. \nExperience delivering enterprise technology or major business-system implementations. \nStrong understanding of business process change, systems integration, data, testing and operational readiness. \nStrong vendor, commercial, budget and stakeholder management capability. \nDemonstrated experience working with senior executives and governance forums.\nExperience in healthcare, aged care or another complex, regulated environment. \nHands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps. \nStrong written and verbal communication, with the ability to make complex issues clear and actionable. \nRelevant tertiary qualifications and project or Agile delivery certification desirable. \nCommitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action.\nOur Culture\nHammondCare is committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
