Reporting to the Art Director and working closely with the Creative, Account Services, and Digital teams, this role creates 3D models, product visualizations, environments, and motion content that elevate integrated marketing and advertising campaigns across digital, social media, print, OOH, and brand activations for brands in Cambodia.\n\n Duties & Responsibilities:\n\n 3D Concept & Visualization\nTranslate creative briefs and campaign concepts into compelling 3D key visuals, product renders, and scenes for integrated campaigns across digital, social media, print, OOH, and brand activations.\nPartner with Art Directors, copywriters, and strategists to explore 3D ideas and visual approaches that strengthen campaign concepts.\nDevelop 3D mock-ups, style frames, and pre-visualizations to help the team and clients visualize ideas before production.\nContribute fresh, culturally relevant 3D ideas and visual styles tailored to the Cambodian market.\n3D Modeling, Texturing & Rendering\nCreate high-quality 3D models of products, packaging, characters, environments, and props for advertising and marketing materials.\nApply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and camera setups to produce photorealistic or stylized renders that align with client brand guidelines.\nIntegrate 3D renders with photography, Khmer and English typography, and 2D design elements through compositing and retouching for polished final visuals.\nPrepare final renders and production-ready files in the correct formats and resolutions for digital, print, and large-format output.\n3D Animation & Production\nProduce 3D animations and motion graphics for social media content, TVCs, digital ads, product launches, and brand videos.\nDesign 3D visualizations of event booths, stages, retail displays, and POSM for brand activations and exhibitions.\nCollaborate with videographers, motion designers, and production vendors to ensure 3D assets integrate seamlessly into final productions.\nAdapt 3D assets into multiple formats and aspect ratios for platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram.\nClient & Team Collaboration\nWork closely with the Art Director and the Creative, Account Services, and Digital teams to understand project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.\nPresent 3D work-in-progress and final visuals internally and to clients, clearly explaining design and technical choices.\nIncorporate feedback from the Art Director, Creative Director, and clients, delivering revisions efficiently and professionally.\nQuality, Timelines & Asset Management\nManage multiple 3D projects simultaneously, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard.\nOptimize models, scenes, and render settings to balance visual quality with production efficiency.\nEstablish and maintain organized 3D project files, model and texture libraries, and asset archives.\nFollow and help improve agency creative processes, file-naming conventions, and approval workflows.\nInnovation & Creative Growth\nStay up to date with 3D design, CGI, motion, AR/VR, and advertising trends locally and globally.\nExplore new techniques such as real-time rendering, AR filters, and AI-assisted workflows to enhance the agency’s creative offering.\nSupport new business pitches, agency credentials, and award entries with high-impact 3D visuals.\nShare knowledge and support junior designers and interns in developing their 3D skills.\n\n Benefits:\n\n Competitive salary based on experience\nPublic holiday and annual leave as per Cambodian Labor Law\nNSSF coverage\nProfessional development opportunities\nCreative, collaborative, and dynamic working environment\nSeniority Pay \n\n Expected Profile of Candidates \n\n Languages:\n\n Khmer - Good\nEnglish - Good\n\n Qualifications:\n\n Bachelor's Degree in 3D Design, Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.\n\n Work History:\n\n 3D Designer or 3D Artist, preferably in an advertising agency, creative studio, or production house for 2 to 3 years\n\n Skills & Knowledge:\n\n General & Technical Skills \n\n Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation (portfolio required with application).\nProficient in at least one major 3D software package (Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or Maya) and render engines such as Redshift, Octane, V-Ray, or Arnold.\nWorking knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Substance Painter;
