We’re looking for a proactive and thorough Pre-Delivery Inspector to join our Manufacturing Quality team in Warwick!\nThis is a hands-on role where you’ll ensure that every vehicle leaving our facility meets customer specifications and quality standards. You’ll play a key part in maintaining our reputation for excellence and supporting continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCarry out in-process quality audits, including torque settings and hydraulic pressure checks\nSystematically test each vehicle in line with inspection procedures\nConfirm compliance with customer specifications before vehicles are passed to sales\nRecord build standard criteria and faults systematically for analysis\nPromote constructive dialogue with manufacturing teams to implement quality standards\nSupport continuous improvement through data collection and feedback\nIdeal Candidate:\nStrong mechanical knowledge of vehicles (light vehicle or HGV)\nExperience in vehicle inspection or specialist vehicle assembly is desirable\nUnderstanding of hydraulic systems and quality assurance processes\nAble to work to set deadlines and adapt to changing priorities\nTeam player with a “can do” attitude and willingness to learn new skills\nMechanical qualifications, HGV licence, or tachograph training are a bonus\nComfortable working in a fast-paced production environment\nDriving licence and flexibility for overtime are desirable\nIf you’re ready to help ensure every vehicle meets the highest standards, we’d love to hear from you!\nWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
