At Denodo, we are like a family and it is of the utmost importance to us that we help support your professional growth every step of the way\nJob Description\nThe Opportunity\nAs a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labor and payroll regulations and the accurate, timely processing of payroll cycles. You will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external payroll providers, helping deliver an excellent employee experience within a fast-paced, international environment.\nJob Responsibilities & Duties\nCoordinate monthly payroll processes for assigned countries, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments through external payroll providers.\nProvide payroll inputs for the calculation of salaries, benefits, variable compensation, commissions, taxes and statutory deductions.\nEnsure compliance with local payroll, tax and labor legislation, including benefits administration, leaves of absence and employment-related requirements.\nManage new hire, employee change and termination documentation with external payroll providers.\nMaintain accurate payroll records, employee data and supporting documentation across HR and payroll systems.\nSupport payroll controls, audits and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.\nServe as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll-related inquiries, delivering a high level of service.\nPrepare payroll reports, data analysis and other management reporting as required.\nPartner closely with other HR areas and Finance to ensure consistency and accuracy of employee data.\nSupport payroll-related projects, process improvements and system implementations as needed.\nDesired Skills & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in payroll administration within an international environment.\nExperience managing payroll processes through external payroll providers.\nStrong understanding of payroll legislation, labor regulations and payroll controls.\nAdvanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and lookup functions.\nExcellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.\nFamiliarity with HRIS and payroll systems.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (minimum C1 level).\nHigh level of discretion and ability to handle confidential employee information.\nCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.\nExperience processing payroll for France, Belgium, Germany and/or Switzerland is highly desirable.\nProfessional proficiency in French and/or German is a strong plus.\nExperience working in multinational, high-growth or technology-driven companies is a plus.\n\nDenodo is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
