In this position you will work directly with engineers: our own staff, our partners, and our customers.\nProduct and technical knowledge:\nObtain and maintain strong knowledge of the Denodo Platform, be able to deliver a superb technical pitch, including an overview of our key and advanced features and benefits (Logical Data Management, Active Context, zero-copy data delivery, Agentic AI enablement), services offerings, differentiation, and competitive positioning.\nConstantly learn new things and maintain an overview of modern technologies, particularly in the AI, data governance, and lakehouse space.\nBe able to address most technical questions concerning customization, integration, enterprise architecture, and general features/functionality of our product, including how it delivers trusted, governed data for both AI agents and business users.\nCapable of building and/or leading the development of custom deployments based on and beyond client's requirements.\nProvide timely, prioritized, and complete customer-based feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support and/or Development regarding client's business cases, requirements, and issues.\nBe able to address most technical questions concerning customization, integration, enterprise architecture, and general features/functionality of our product.\nCapable of building and/or leading the development of custom deployments based on and beyond client's requirements.\nProvide timely, prioritized, and complete customer-based feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support and/or Development regarding client's business cases, requirements, and issues.\nPresentation and organizational skills:\nEngage clients in the product architecture, configuration, and use of the Denodo Platform. \nKnow when and where to escalate within the Denodo technical organization and make effective use of those resources. \nPromote knowledge and best practices while managing deliverables and client expectations. \nCustomer engagement:\nManage client expectations, establish credibility at all levels within the client, and build problem-solving partnerships with the client, partners, and colleagues. \nProvide technical consulting and support. \nDevelop white papers, presentations, training materials, or documentation on related topics. \nInformation Security Responsibilities:\nKnows and understands the Security Policy and procedures that apply to their work. \nEnsures that their actions do not result in any security breaches. \nInforms the owner of the asset of any security incident, real or suspected, that it detects. \nIs aware of and committed to the Acceptable Use Policy.\nDesired Skills & Experience\nExperience Range: 5-15 years (new graduates must be top-ranked and exceptionally qualified). \nUniversity Degree relating to information systems or computer science (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Diploma). \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to interact with technical and business counterparts. \nSolid understanding of SQL and good grasp of relational and analytical database management theory and practice. \nGood knowledge of modern technologies such as JDBC, XML, and Web Services APIs. \nStrong technical knowledge in modern architectures. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \nActive listener. \nLots of curiosity.
