The role contributes to effective process governance, controlled and audit-ready documentation, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance, reliable BPM system operation, and continuous improvement across the European organisation.\nYou will independently own defined BPM workstreams and recurring activities, while working closely with Process Owners, Document Owners, European National Offices, manufacturing plants, IT, system providers and other stakeholders. Strategic direction, final compliance accountability, major escalations, budget decisions and executive representation remain with the BPM Unit Head.\nThe role reports functionally to the BPM Assistant Manager and works across the European BPM network. The position combines governance and document management, internal and external audit support, BPM platform administration, process harmonization, training and reporting. It is suited to a proactive professional who can translate requirements into practical processes, coordinate stakeholders and maintain disciplined follow-up.\nBPM Governance & Document Management\nMaintain the BPM governance framework, document lifecycle, templates and standards. \nEnsure process documentation remains accurate, compliant and up to date. \nSupport Process Owners in developing and improving policies, procedures and process models. \nMonitor governance performance and coordinate periodic reviews and reporting. \nAudit & Compliance Support\nSupport risk assessments, internal audits and compliance activities within the BPM scope. \nCoordinate audit preparation, evidence collection and stakeholder engagement. \nMonitor findings, corrective actions and closure status, providing risk-based updates. \nSupport European entities on ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements and improvement activities. \nBPM System Administration & Digital Development\nAdminister and maintain the BPM system, user access and repository structure. \nProvide user support, coordinate system issues and support upgrades and enhancements. \nEnsure data quality, repository integrity and user guidance. \nDrive digitalization and system improvement initiatives aligned with the BPM roadmap. \nProcess Improvement & Harmonization\nFacilitate process mapping, analysis and improvement initiatives across European entities. \nSupport process standardization, harmonization and best-practice sharing. \nCoordinate cross-functional BPM activities, working groups and improvement actions. \nIdentify automation and efficiency opportunities and support benefit realization \nCustomer Sustainability & NQC/SAQ Coordination\nCoordinate European customer sustainability assessments and NQC/SAQ activities. \nAct as the central link between customers, manufacturing plants and subject-matter experts. \nManage submissions, evidence collection, gap tracking and progress reporting. \nMaintain common guidance, templates and best practices to improve consistency and readiness. \nReporting, Training & Strategic Support\nMaintain BPM KPIs, action trackers and management reports. \nDevelop and deliver BPM training, awareness sessions and user guidance. \nMonitor progress against BPM objectives and support follow-up actions. \nContribute to BPM strategy, continuous improvement and annual planning activities. \n Education\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field, or equivalent relevant experience.\n\nExperience\nProfessional experience in business process management, quality management, process improvement, compliance, internal auditing or a related area. \nPractical experience with controlled documentation, process mapping and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. \nExperience with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 requirements is strongly preferred. \nExperience with BPM platforms, document management systems, workflow tools or system administration is an advantage. \nExperience in an international manufacturing or automotive environment is an advantage. \nCertifications (preferred, but optional)\nISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification. \nLean, Six Sigma, BPM, project management or recognised process-modelling certification. \nSkills and Competences\nProactive and able to work autonomously while remaining a collaborative team player. \nAbility to interpret standards and translate requirements into clear, workable processes and controls. \nStrong planning, prioritisation, facilitation, documentation and follow-up skills. \nClear and confident communicator who can work effectively across functions, countries and cultures. \nHigh attention to detail, reliability and confidence in handling multiple priorities. \nStrong process-thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical improvement mindset. \nFull professional proficiency in English;
