DENSO maintains a leading position in the automotive industry by focusing on quality and investment in the people we employ and the products we produce, typically investing 9% of net sales in research and development activities.\n Key Responsibilities\nProcess customer orders, forms, and requests, including product availability, replenishment, pricing, and delivery information.\nManage customer communications related to orders, shipments, invoicing, and general enquiries.\nProvide prompt and professional support via phone and email.\nCoordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.\nHandle customer complaints and claims in accordance with DENSO policies and procedures.\nSupport warranty claim and return shipment processes.\nMaintain customer master data and create new customer accounts where required.\nPrepare reports and provide administrative support to the Sales Team.\nPerform corrective actions in customer accounts, pricing, and system data when required.\nParticipate actively in team meetings, customer meetings, and improvement projects.\n Higher education degree.\nNative Polish speaker (mandatory).\nEnglish language proficiency at minimum B2 level (mandatory).\nCzech language skills are beneficial but not required.\nExperience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, or Sales Support.\nStrong communication and relationship-management skills.\nCustomer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.\nGood analytical and organizational skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience with ERP Oracle systems is an advantage.\n 24-month temporary contract (replacement position).\nHybrid working model available\nOpportunity to work in an international automotive environment.\nProfessional development within a global organization.\nIt has come to our attention that various individuals have contacted people offering false employment opportunities with DENSO.
